The Start of My Daily Blog
Well this is it! I have focused myself on blogging everyday….sort of a journal of what is happening in the Real Estate market.
As I am writing this blog I have transitioned from Exit Realty to an independent Broker. I am excited to try a more boutique style real estate office.
Now back to Real Estate in Palm Beach County. This is the best time to buy a home. I know you are scared but if you have a great Realtor that will negotiate not only the purchase price , but help you get $$$ toward closing costs, home warranties, and have the seller buy down your points, the possibilities are endless. Just remember you need to have a very good credit as well as money down! VA loans and FHA are also great products right now. Ask me how you qualify for these loans. I have professional people that are actually very honest standing by to help you!
